Andrew Bogdanoff (website)
Andy Bogdanoff is the Founder and Chairman of Remington Financial Group. He is an expert in commercial real estate financing with over 35 years experience in the industry. Since its founding in 1993, Remington has built a successful track record of closing the most challenging debt, mezzanine and equity funding transactions. As a consequence, leading brokers rely on Remington to be their best access to commercial funding. Under Andy’s leadership, Remington has helped secure billions of dollars of commercial financing across the funding stack for all categories of real estate property.
Prior to founding Remington, Andy worked with Kirk Mortgage Company of Philadelphia and founded a number of businesses, including Trent Financial, a private lender that specialized in direct loans for small businesses, as well as Remington Financial Corporation, an equipment leasing company. A successful entrepreneur, Andy consolidated his various business endeavors into a larger company, Cambridge Financial Corporation, which experienced significant growth through diversification, including in the areas of mortgage banking, equipment leasing and insurance.
Andy earned a BA in history and political science from Dickinson College, as well as an MA in education from Temple University.
Shayne Fowler (website)
Shayne Fowler is the Chief Operating Officer & Managing Partner at Remington Financial Group, where he is in charge of the business development group formed to solidify the firm as a leading correspondent to Real Estate funding and Corporate Finance. In addition, Shayne has direct responsibility for the firm’s long term strategy, hiring and training, as well as Remington’s day to day operations. He is also on the loan placement committee for Remington Financial Group as well as originating, underwriting and placing individual transactions.
Prior to joining Remington in 2003, Shayne had a comprehensive background in sales and marketing leadership. At Remington, under Shayne’s guidance, the company experienced a growth rate of more than 50%, accompanied by high customer satisfaction.
Donavon Ostrom
Donavon Ostrom is a seasoned veteran of traditional lending and alternative financing who heads the Markets Group for Remington. The group was formed to assure that Remington continues to provide the industry’s best access to commercial funding.
Donavon has more than 25 years of real estate development and financing experience. In his primary role at Remington, he identifies, develops, and nurtures traditional lender and alternative financing relationships on behalf of clients looking to secure financing.
Donavon co-founded Outsource International, LLC and has served as chief operating officer and senior vice president at Express America Mortgage Corporation. He has also served as retail head of production and vice president for FBS Mortgage, Inc. (a subsidiary of First Bank System) and as national production manager and senior vice president of CrossLand Mortgage Corporation (a subsidiary of First Security Corporation).
Donn Reinelt
Donn Reinelt is Managing Director of the Markets Group at Remington Financial Group, where he is responsible for expanding and managing strong on-going relationships with the company’s global network of public and private sources of funding and for developing and introducing proprietary real estate financing funds to institutional investors.
With over 20 years experience as an institutional investment consultant, Donn has worked directly with large and small public and corporate pension plans, endowments and foundations, and major family investment groups. Prior to joining Remington, he held senior business development and consulting positions at Sciens Fund of Hedge Funds, Northern Trust – Wealth Management, and KMPG Investment Consulting Group, specializing in alternative investment solutions for U.S. and European clients.
Donn is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst and member of the CFA Institute. He has an MBA in finance and international trade from the University of Chicago and a BS Degree in Engineering from the University of Michigan.
George Redheffer
George Redheffer is a Placement Officer at Remington Financial Group where, as a member of the company’s Markets Group, he is responsible for identifying and expanding on-going working relationships with traditional lenders as well as the company’s global network of public and private sources of funding.
George brings to Remington an impressive background in debt and equity financing, investment management and corporate finance with more than 18 years experience with such financial services companies as Merrill Lynch and Smith Barney.
George earned a Master of International Management degree from the American Graduate School of International Management and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Arizona.
Tyler Hufford
Tyler Hufford is Managing Director of operations at Remington Financial Group where he applies his 14 years of commercial lending experience to management of the firm’s operations and its underwriting staff. Tyler and his staff provide oversight for the due diligence of all client files from the letter of interest stage through the finalized loan placement process. Since Tyler joined Remington, the company has seen consistent growth through streamlined, effective service delivered to its clients.
Before joining Remington in 1999, Tyler held numerous industry positions, including staff accountant, controller, and business development officer for several direct private and public lenders, including California Bank and Trust, Heritage Funding and Main Street Lender. While working as chief operating officer of Cornerstone Private Funding, Tyler oversaw the underwriting process and managed the firm’s entire portfolio, growing 600 percent under his guidance. Tyler graduated from the University of Colorado with a business degree in accounting.
Greg L’Herault
Greg L’Herault is a Loan Placement Officer at Remington Financial Group where, as a member of the company’s Structured Finance Group, he is responsible for reviewing, structuring and managing financing transactions from the time due diligence is completed until funding is finalized.
Greg brings to his assignment 15 years of experience in commercial lending, corporate finance, financial and credit analysis, loan origination and underwriting. Prior to Remington, he held banking and finance-related positions in such companies as Vencore Funding, Silicon Valley Bank, Level 3 Communications, DirectTV and US Bancorp.
Greg, who is based in Denver, earned an MBA from the University of Colorado and a BS in Business Administration from Marquette University.
